Easy To Use
After opening your Safe 1 account, you will be allowed to access SafeTone the next business day. SafeTone is easy to use…it prompts you through each transaction using a voice menu. Just follow the instructions by pressing the applicable keys on your touch-tone phone.
Your Access Code
The first time you call SafeTone, you must select a four-digit access code. Do not disclose your access code to anyone not authorized to access your account. Notify us immediately if any unauthorized person obtains your access code.
Pauses
Don't be alarmed if SafeTone takes a few seconds to respond. Certain transactions require a little more time to obtain or verify information.
